About Poplar Hill Machine

Poplar Hill Machine started in a small garage in 2004 with one horizontal machining center. Over the years, PHM has steadily grown by utilizing the latest technologies and machinery available in the industry. Today we have a 8000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Conway Massachusetts .

PHM is a AS9100D Certified shop and currently employees sixteen highly skilled machinists, who are our greatest asset. By always thinking outside the box, we have been able to thrive in an economy where most shops have not. The equipment we have invested in allows us to run “lights out” thru nights and weekends, keeping us on top of our customer’s delivery schedules and short lead times as well as keeping costs down. Our normal run sizes are from 1 pcs for prototype to 10,000’s in production.

Poplar Hill Machine specializes in the Microwave RF industries whose components require the use of micro end mills and tooling. We are also very diverse, manufacturing components for industries such as Aerospace, Spectral Analysis, Medical, Alternative Energy, Shock Resistant Hardware, Optical and Ultrasound Imaging, Firearms and many more. We also do small assemblies as well. The best part is we never know what we will be making next!
